Work Permit Application Processing Delayed

hello to all:
I need your advice. I have submitted my WP application on September 27 and still in process by the Abu Dhabi Visa office and until now no results yet. Now, my employer just call me that they cannot wait for me anymore because of the long period and they will hire other employee. What will I do? can anybody has the same situation? appreciate your comments.

follow up ka in person sa Abu Dhabi office sir. Although di ka man papasukin sa guard, alam ko mai pink slip daw sila na pwede mong makuha sa security para isulat mo yung follow up ng visa application mo and mark it as PRIORITY. mai mga nabasa ako sa furoms na ganun ginawa nila dahil malapit na sila sa deadline din. and they got the feedback after few days upon filling up the pink slip daw.
salamat sir.. kaya lang di ako pinapayagan dito sa office. saka taga qatar ako..nag reply sa akin ang ADVO sabi wala talaga.. pero sabi ng employer ko sobrang tagal daw..tinatawag ko ang employer ko ayaw na sumagot eh.
Sa inyo sir, kamusta naman? approved na kayo?
never pa ako umabot on that stage.. hehe.. still waiting kung may job offer ba talaga from my employer kasi march 2018 pa interview ko then pinagpasa lang nila ako ng ielts eca and police clearance pero havent heard back from them until now..
yun tungkol sa pink slips is based on what I read din dito sa mga forums and mai feedback naman daw agad.. try mo nalang follow up ng follow up pag may chance.. sayang..
ganun ba? nakausap ko ang PNP program officer na - siya na daw ang bahala naman para mag usap na lang sila ng employer ko... grabe tagal talaga sa ADVO.. dami ko nakita mga reklamo...
sa case mo, ang alam ko pag nagpasa ng docs ay nominated ka na at may ITA na ( bale 3 letters ang makukuha mo sa officer).. den saka lang magsubmit ng doc either tru paper or online base sa timeline na ibibigay sau...follow up mo sau sa employer kasi parang matagal na sau..ako sept sobra na tagal daw sabi ng employer ko..
I have a baby who is 10 yrs old and my another kid old is 14 but am not her biological mother . Would anyone pls let me knows - will it possible to take away my 2 kids with me if i get PR ?
