There is a question, Does my spouse have full-time work permission in entry time?

Mate, I think you are forgetting the fact that you will enter Canada as the Permanent Resident and being a Resident you have complete rights as of Canadian Citizen. You and your family can do anything within Law. Do job, do business whatever you like.
