Does CIC verifies the work we have done outside Canada which we mention as Work Experience outside Canada in any way?

well they might try and contact the person/manager/ supervisor who is on your reference letter .obviously they wouldn't just be giving points that easily to FSW/CEC applicants just because they say so and have a piece of paper with someone's stamp on it .
