With an open post graduate work permit,can person work on cash??
Would it affect PR process??
What maximum hours one can work with Open pgwp?

You can be paid in cash, as long as all deductions and taxes are paid. If you are attempting to avoid tax however, it could be a problem. No limit on hours, or employer(s). Just don't try to cheat the system.
