If we apply for schooling visa in canada. Then can we have the rights to work there? Some consultants tell us that father can work there 20 hours for a week after some week they can work full time

If full-time he can work maximum of 20 hours a week.
The confusion is in the OPs post where they refer to ‘father’ whether they are saying if their father accompanies can they work and the answer is no, only an accompanying spouse can apply for a work permit if accompanying someone on a study permit. The study permit holder themselves can only work 20 hours a week during a semester and full time during a scheduled break.

Your right, it depends who has the permit. If the father doesn't have a permit, no he can't work.

If we apply for schooling visa I get guardian visa and father get visitor visa to take care of both of us( child and mother) my baby is only 4 year old. In that basis he can job there without sin no.

I've never heard of a Guardian visa. Anybody else hear of this? And you can't work without SIN number either.

There is no such things as a "guardian visa". Are you referring to your father or spouse? It would help if you were clear. If you are applying for a study permit, your spouse can apply for an open work permit.

If your child comes to Canada on a study permit, neither parent will be allowed to work.

You need a SIN to work. If you work without a SIN, you will be working illegally.

Whatever consultants tell you that a guardian visa exists and your father can work without a SIN, bin them and report them to the CIC. Scamming of the highest order just so that they can take your money.

It will be very difficult to get a student visa for your 4 year old child. If you do have the funds to do do you will have to either find a guardian in Canada or you might get lucky and one parent may be granted a trv to accompany child. You would need to show significant resources for a parent to be allowed to come to Canada on a trv to supervise their child. Many parents think it will be easy for their child to come study in Canada at the elementary or secondary level and they will just come with them and change their visas and start working. That is not how it works.
