It depends if you want to just work in Canada temporarily or immigrate.

If you want to immigrate, then you'll need to read through the various immigration categories in the link below to determine if you qualify to apply:

If you do not have time or do not feel comfortable doing this research yourself, then I would recommend that you hire an immigration consultant or lawyer.

If you want to work temporarily, then your first step will be to find an employer in Canada who is willing to offer you a job. That employer will then need to obtain an approved LMO:

Once the employer has an approved LMO, you can then apply for a work permit.
