Work History - Proof to be submitted\Asked for ?

Hi All,

I am working in IT sector and I have completed 5 years in my current job.

in the WORK HISTORY section of the Express Entry form, if I provide the history will CIC ask for some kind of proof ?

Is it fine to provide the work history or provide just the current one ?
