Work History Profile

Hi guys,
Just a quick question.
There are a few jobs in the last 10 years that I dont have letters of employment or payslips for, but i have all of the correct documentation for my last 3 years working in Canada.
Do I only list my work history that I have supporting documents for in my express entry profile ? Or do I list my entire work history in my profile ?

Of the last 6 jobs in the last 10 years for me, i only have proof of 4 of them.

1 of them refuses to write a letter (but has sent me a letter saying they won't write a reference letter) and the other company has closed down.
At the advice from my lawyer, I will obviously put these post ITA in the personal history section with a letter of explanation as to why i didn't list them in EE and included the non-letter-letter and the liquidation information for the company that has closed.
