I was accepted at phd program in canada and I have been applied once with my bank account and the phd fund and got refused for insufficient funds and family ties (i didnt know that i should write a cover letter explaining such things).
My problem now is that I am working in an office who works inclusively for other office in another country. For my first student visa application (PHD program), I wrote the name of the international office but didnt apply with hr letter cuz i thought my bank account and my fund will be enough. when i got rejected, i wanted to apply again with hr letter. when i went to the hr to make me the letter he told me that our office is an independent office who works inclusively for the other office abroad and he cant mention them in any way in his hr letter and he can give me an hr letter with our office's name only. Now what should i do ? change the name in my second application and try to justify in the cover letter? or they may consider this as misrepresentation ? I really want to correct the situation cuz i have formal good job in my country but i am also terrified to go through unexpected turn of events because of their strict rules. hope you can advice me sincerely.
