Hi. My current job counts in NOC 2282 (User Support Tech). After my graduation I worked in a food court for 4 months as I was looking for a job in my field. I worked in a food court for 40 hours a week.
But the food court employer is making excuses now and not providing me with a reference letter. Also I don't have copies of my pay stubs for the food court employer.
Should I show my food court job as a work history or in personal history?

If you didnt claim any points for this exp ,Just mention it in your personal history.

Unless you were a supervisor or manager, the experience would be classified as unskilled; unskilled work should not be listed in your profile (but does need to be included on your Background History document later, if you get the ITA).

If it WAS skilled work, and that 4 months make a difference, then perhaps you can try again with your employer. They may be unhappy that you quit after 4 months, or they just don't want to be bothered with writing a letter. If it's the latter, you could try preparing a draft, ask them to review it, and if it's acceptable, all they would have to do is print it on letterhead and sign it.

If it doesn't make any difference to your CRS score or eligibility tho, you can safely skip it at this stage.

Thanks jes for the clarification.
