I am filling in my application for Express Entry. I have some queries about the "work history" section where I have to fill in "the date you first became qualified to practice in this occupation".

I am a teacher for three years in my country. In my country, the minimum training required to be a teacher is a Bachelor's degree.

But in the NOC of Canada, the employment requirement is: "Teachers of academic subjects require a bachelor's degree in education which is often preceded by a bachelor's degree in the arts or sciences".
http://noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/noc/Profile.aspx?val=2&val1=4031&ver=16

My work history:
2011 to 2014 work as teacher
2011 - obtained bachelor's degree, met requirement to work as teacher in my country
2014 - obtained postgraduate training in education, thus fulfilling all NOC requirement

I would like to ask for the question "the date you first became qualified to practice in this occupation", should I fill in 2011 (when I first obtained the minimum training to be a teacher in my country, and started working as a permitted teacher) or 2014 (when I fulfilled all NOC requirement)?

I am worried that if I filled in 2014, IRCC will not count my work experience from 2011 to 2014, which accounted for the points in Express Entry.

Thanks very much for your help!
