Good days fellow members,

I've been reading this forum for quite a long time and it has tremendously helped me in my progress so far, I can't thank the many helpful members of this forum enough. While so far I've been able to find the answers to my questions by searching the forum now I've to raise a question myself.

I'm already registered in the EE pool with 428 points. I've listed my work history in my application as below, all non-Canadian (although I've further work history I didn't want to include it as obtaining reference letters would be extremely hard for the older jobs I've held)

1. NOC 0124 @ Company A, from 09.2013 till now (current job), 3+ years (this is the NOC code I've selected for my EE profile)
2. NOC 0601 @ Company B, from 04.2012 till 08.2013, 1 year
3. NOC 0601 @ Company A, from 01.2011 till 03.2012, 1 year
4. NOC 1123 @ Company A, from 01.2010 till 01.2011, 1 year

Now since my most recent job (which is my current job) already falls within the 3+ years parameter in the CRS calculation (providing the highest possible points in this category) , would it be OK for me to remove the work experiences numbered 2 to 4 in the above list. I'm asking this because I'm trying to make the process for myself as simple as possible if I ever manage to get an ITA. My work experiences 1, 3 and 4 are within the same company but having a problematic and non-cooperative HR department I don't want to push it trying to get 3 detailed reference letters for 3 different roles (and these are all different NOCs) and my work experience 2 is for a company in Australia which is right now is in the process of shutting down so it'll make it harder to obtain the reference letter.

Looking forward to your help.

Cheers!

You can remove them but you have to be careful that by doing so you do not become ineligible under the FSW program (67/100 points)

Thanks for the reminder DelPiero, that did not even cross my mind before! I checked it now and even with 2-3 years experience selected I end up with 73 points so I would still be eligible under the FSW program.

My other, and valid, concern is though how will the visa officers see this situation. As long as the draw cut-off is below my CRS score I'll get an ITA nevertheless which is an automated process (right?), however when I upload my documents and everything is passed on for review is there a possibility that the assigned officer will think there is anything dodgy considering I've graduated from university (w/ a bachelor's degree) in 2008 and I'm only listing a single job experience beginning 2013?

Cheers!
