Hello,

Does unpaid training count as work experience?

I am short 15 days in my work experience completion of 2 years.
My work permit has ended.

EE profile only requires month and not the date. So if I started on APril 22, 2014 and finished working on April 1,2016. Does that count as 2 years?

Please advise as I need the points fr 2 years.

No - unpaid training does not count as work experience. It must be paid.

You have one year of work experience (not two).
