I received a part time job Sept 25, 2017 working 24 hours per week until June 13, 2018.

June 18, 2018, I start working a full time job working 37.5 hours per week til current

My question is will CIC combine both jobs together, and how soon would I meet the 1 year/1560 hours requirement. My permit expires soon (Dec 7th to be exact) and therefore need to know what my options are?

Help Please!

You need 52 weeks of full time work to claim a year of work experience. Here's how you do that calculation.

- Each week where you worked at least 30 hours is counted as 1 week.
- For the weeks where you worked part time, total all of the hours you have worked and then divide by 30.
- Add the two numbers above together. Once you have 52 weeks, you have a year of work experience.

Assuming you are in a qualifying job and using the calculation Scylla outlined above you will have 52.6 weeks equivalent by the end of week commencing 19 November. So yes you should be OK to submit PR on that basis when you get an ITA. It is theoretically possible you could get an ITA, submit PR and then submit a BOWP prior to your WP expiry so you could get implied status but this would depend on EE draw timings and you having all necessary preparatory work done to enable you to apply quickly, and some luck. If there is a consistent EE draw pattern of every two weeks the first draw after you get to 52weeks would be 28th November. Have you looked at your potential CRS score and started work on language tests, medicals, police certificate?

Yes, My current score is 426 and I did over my English test multiple times, however, my score seem to never be greater than 8 in the writing component, which would push my score up. Therefore, I am now depending on the CEC to bring me to the points I need to get an ITA. I will start working on the documents so I will be ready to submit immediately once I am selected. Thank you all for your advise.
