Hi everyone,

I am on my open work permit and working full time as a supervisor at a college restaurant. However, this restaurant is seasonal from September to April and I become part time during summers. My question is would my full time hours be accepted when I apply for my PR? Kindly let me know

Yes, there is a way. You can use that experience to claim points.

what way is it? My job offer has the word 'seasonal' in it ? Please let me know
Unless you have LMIA,which i doubt because your job is seasonal, you can claim the points for the full time portion of your job. What stream are you planning to apply with? As far as im concerned there's no requirement stating that you need to work full time continously.

How much work experience do I need to apply under the Canadian Experience Class?
You must have earned at least one year of full-time skilled work experience (or the equivalent in part-time) in Canada within the three years before we receive your application for permanent residence under the Canadian Experience Class. Your skilled work experience does not have to be continuous but it must total one year of full-time work altogether.

“Full-time” means at least 30 hours of paid work in one week. One year of full-time work is at least 1560 hours.

As a supervisor of the restaurant. Would that be fine?

Yes, supervisor positions fall under NOC B category.
