Hello,
I put in my work experience a job where I only worked one month . Would I be able to just explain in the LOE that I'm not claiming points for that job . I am not sure about the NOC code for that job at all . Does an additional month of work get you more points ? I have one year of full time experience from other jobs excluding some weeks where I worked less than 30 hours and that I didn't count . basically I counted 48 weeks where I worked more than 30 hours each .
Is that correct ?
Thanks

If you're not claiming points for it do not include it in the work history and simply add it in the personal history.

I already received my ITA so Im worried that it might affect my points if I take it off ?

You just said you have a year of work experience from other jobs...

You haven't even stated the NOC so is it even skilled work experience?

yes it is skilled experience . but if I leave it there , would that cause a problem ?

No but you'd need a reference letter from such job.

I have a query seniors

I am having around 5 years experience in the current company i am working in. Although I have total of 7 year experience i will not be able to furnish proper relieving letter/pay stubs for the initial 2 years work. I get the maximum crs score just by putting my current company experience. So i am planning to include rest of my experience under personal history. Will that be okay?

By doing so will i again be asked to submit reference letter/job duties/joining letter for what i submitted under personal history section?

or can i say i was unemployed that period?

The change is fine as long as your eligibility remains the same (if FSW applicant 67/100).

Do not say you were unemployed as you'd be lying in your application.

thanks DelPiero.

Will they ask for proof of employment or reference letters for what I submit under personal history?
