i guess format does not matter as long as it contain all the key components as required by exp letter
correct thats just a sample , and yeah as long as it covers all the things needed , your good.

got it...exp letter should have all of this

should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits

i think thats everything one would include in a reference letter for PR process.

hey brother one more question around the exp letter.

I guess I was able to explain correctly....

so in exp letter for the full time contract role I would say this

XXXX work from XX till Present.

I dont have to write like this:

XXXX work from XX till Present. The contract will end on XX.

Which one is correct? Sorry just wanted to make sure if I am able to explain correctly

i understand that you want to be transparent and not to hide anything , but this is not a requirement ( entering an End Date) , regardless if you do wish to mention this then by all means go ahead .it won't affect your PR application in any way .
