In the case where you worked employers (full time) and you were paid in cash instead of having an assigned bank account, would this be problematic anywhere through the Federal Skilled Worker process?
Thank you.

no problem but it will be better if you show salary slips for the cash paid salary.

beireefer,
you will face problems only if you're unable to prove the fact of being paid for a job, since onle paid work experience counts.

However, if your employer confirms your salary in a reference letter - you're perfectly fine.

Thank you guys,
let's hope they don't ask me to go back to my former annoying employers for papers.
Best wishes.

They won't ask you, friend. You have to do it at the first place - get a reference letter from the employer where, amoung other, your annual salary is stated. If no letter provided - no experience will be concidered.

Hi Seniors,

I want to know if there is any problem that if your experience letter is signed by the same person who signed the offer letter as well ??? Since, I'm submitting both the experience letter as well as the Job offer letter ... But the person who hired me is the same person who is signing on the work experience letter , as he is my supervisor as well.

Please advice ...if it is fine or not ...

Hey rebell,

if this person you're talking about is officiallly authorized by the company to sign such documents - how can this be of any problem?
If any backgroung check is arranged by CIC your company will confirm this to them also.
