For the 1 year continious work experience,

What if towards the end of the year, you decide to take an annual paid leave, you leave the country and decide to resign and find work in the other country that your visiting?

Does this count as 1 year continious work experience, by the time the annual leave was over, the one year was complete and the employer did not require a one month notice as well.

What are you views?

Kind Regards,

Amin.

That should be okay.

I did that for one of my job. I resigned but gave them like 3 month notice. I took the last month off so was still being paid. My company letter includes that one month as i was still employed in that period.

theres no difference in terms of experience between me and some one who took their one month off during their year.

Do you think I should get this mentioned on the Experience Letter, as this is the job that qualifies me, there is an exit stamp on my Passport and I never went back to the country. I left for an annual leave and then found that the country I was visiting had more potential for jobs and well paying jobs, so I decided to extend my stay and eventually found a good job.

Also no employment contract, and since the rehabilitation centre was new they didn't have any existing payroll with any bank, so they paid in cash as well. It's a pian trying to open an account they are so many KYL, AML policies that you have to adhere to.

Anywas this experience was 2 years ago, and since the rehabilitaion centre has shut down. The owners are willing to give me a letter that gives me the experience with their contact information.

I can also provide web links that shows that the centre actually existed and was well recognised throughtout the world.

What do you think I have 3 years work experience in another similar industry but not related to the NOC that CIC is looking for.

Sure, anything that you can explain would be better. I think I did explain mine on another sheet of paper, because my address were different in that period.

What do others think?
