They can check and verify any time on any stage this is not hard and fast rule that they verify after 2nd AOR, and i think Qorax is a senior and genius but he is not a visa officer.

For your information Visa Officer dont verify the work experience before 2nd AOR. There are certain steps involved in the process which are required by every visa officer to follow. Please DO NOT MISGUIDE other if you dont have any knowledge.

And about Mr.Qorax he is the most senior member of the forum and has more knowledge then you and all his information have references to confirm what he said.

Do you have any example? where VO verified before 2nd AOR. This has been observed on this forum that verification done after 2nd AOR when status get "In Process"which is almost 99.9% correct. What is the matter of geniusness in this, it has been written on cic site that they start verification when application status get in progress. And one thing my friend dont think VO is out of this world, they are human beings. They just follow SOP's [Standard operating Procedures]. They are common people like u and me.

They cant verify anytime, read the question of the member he/she is asking if they do it before or after 2nd AOR and the answer is after 2nd AOR and you are saying "ANYTIME" this is MISGUIDING. I pasted a link for you before in other thread which shows the steps of the process and now Canada1234 has also mentioned it, immigration officer has certain process to follow it not like whenever they want they can do employment verification and whenever they want they can request the medicals or ask the passport etc.

yes i know and its 100% that they can verify or not after 2nd AOR on any stage may be after received by visa office may be after inprocess.
