Work experience URGENT

Hello all
My spouse is having 12 yrs of experience.But she will be getting points only for 3 yrs .So wanted to ask shld we put her past experience in the work history as I heard we need to give proper job reference letter for every experience.In her case which will be difficult.She has experience letter from pas organization but I dnt think it wl work.
She is primary applicant.
Shld we remove her past experience from work history?

Only put job you’re getting points for in work history. After getting ITA all other work experience would go under personal history and that way reference letters wouldn’t be needed for those other past jobs.

Agree with @keebs. If you are a FSW the primary applicant gets max points for 3 yrs work experience only(in the last 10 yrs). These 3 years of work experience have to be backed-up by Letter of Reference... Rest of the 9 yrs of work exp she has can be safely tucked in the personal history folder and you will not require to provide any supporting documentation.
