Work experience total

Hey,

I got a Bachelors degree, and worked for 2 years.
Then got a Masters and worked for 2 more years, Masters was in a related field to Bachelors.

Can I add 4 years of work experience?

Can someone please let me know if it applies if the job and education were similar too?
