Hi all,

I have a few questions about the Work Requirement needed for the HCCP category B which I want to apply for next year. I am hoping someone here could answer!

Currently I am in Canada working as a Full time CCP under a two year Working Holiday Visa from Ireland.
I have a new employer who is uncertain if he can hire me as a contractor (still working 30h a week) and invoice me for the hours, or would need to set up a business for the work experience to count towards the requirements.
Can someone confirm whether or not I can be hired like this, or if my employer *needs* to set up a business to hire me under?

My second question is about studying whilst working. I intend to start a Canadian PSW online course in a few months. The immigration website says that work experience earned whilst studying full time doesn't count, but will it still count if I study online (and hence don't need a student visa)?

Thanks for your time and help in this!

TLDR:
Does Childcare experience earned as an independent contractor in sometime's home count towards HCCP category B count, or does my employer need to set up a business?
Does experience earned whilst doing a full time ONLINE course count?
