Is the reference letter for work experience need to stamped by the employer?

I am also wondering whether the stamp is necessary, if the letter is on letterhead plus signed by one of the top management whose business card will be attached... Our company has several branches and only the headquarters (which is far) stamp on such things, while the VP of the company is in my city right now.

If you have it on letterhead with the business card attached, that exactly meets IRCC's requirements. Stamping is not a custom here, so it is not expected.
