Question 1: I was checking the score on the following website and baffled by question 6:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

i. In the last ten years, how many years of skilled work experience in Canada do you have?
It must have been paid and full-time (or an equal amount in part-time).

Note: In Canada, the National Occupational Classification (NOC) is the official list of all the jobs in the Canadian labour market. It describes each job according to skill type, group and level.

"Skilled work" in the NOC is:

managerial jobs (NOC Skill Level 0),
professional jobs (NOC Skill Type A), or
technical jobs and skilled trades/manual work (NOC Skill Type B).

ii. In the last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have?
It must have been paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation (NOC skill type 0, A or B).

I have one year skilled work experience in Canada only i.e. no foreign experience. Should I be selecting 1 year twice or once? Basically are the two questions mutually inclusive or exclusive?

Question 2: Ontario College of Trades under the Service tab marks "Information Technology — Contact Centre Technical Support Agent" as a voluntary trade with no requirement for a CoQ exam. Does that mean for question 7 in CRS Tool calculator I can say 'yes' if I have CoQ. Now I have seen the FSTP stream and the categories and I know this does not come there but question is whether question 7 is exclusively for FSTP stream?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

1 - The wording does not specify but it refers to foreign work experience - you should enter 0.

2 - No, your occupation is not a skilled trade and it does not qualify for the 50 points for a certificate of qualification.

Agree with DelPiero.
