What are you appying for? Proof are employment letters, contracts, receipts, bank statements.

I'm applying for job in waitering, store keeping and dish washing. If by chance i get a job then how can i prove to them that i have worked in this field. Because all the places i have worked didn't involved any paper work (like receipts, letters or any bank statement) and in all places i got hand to hand salary without any receipt etc

So do you have a work permit and living in Canada? Do you know the process for employers to hire outside Canada? It is not just a job offer. An employer needs to offer you a job and then pay $1k and file for a LMIA. The employer has to prove no Canadian or PR could do the job, only you. So once you have the LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. You need to show Canadian government that you can do the job. So you would need employment letters, contracts, bank statements.

Yeah i know the process but what if a canadian employer gives you a job without work experience proof? Then do i have to give canadian government work experience proof.

Of course you need to show proof to the government. The whole point of the LMIA is the employer showing no Canadian could be hired and only you are experienced enough.
