Hi guys,
I have the following issue I was hoping to get some advice on. I have 59 weeks for the CEC and am excluding 6 whole weeks that I was abroad for work. I'm excluding those and am left with 53.
I work 40 hours a week, so I would only need 4 days of eligible work a week (8*4 = 32 hours)
Here's my issue with 2 of those 53 weeks- I have one week (Feb 12th-15th) where I worked 3 days in Canada and then worked 2 days remotely in the US. I have another week (May 21st to May 25h) where I worked 4 days in Canada but caught a flight to the US the same day (Thursday) and then started 6 days of vacation on Friday, May 25th.
Would a VO give credit for that whole week of May 24th? Would it matter if I flew the same day to the US? If so, could any of the 3 days from the week of Feb 12th compensate?
