Dear All,

I am done with my IELTS(8 Bands) and ECA evaluation by WES today.
Can some one assist me with my below queries on how do i get work experience formally arranged as per VISA requirements.

Practically, in India companies do not capture "JOB RESPONSIBILITIES" and "SALARY" on their letter head. They just mention the designation.

Additionally, my current employer may not issue with any work experience letter considering i am still associated with the company.

Can someone assist me with practical solutions. ??? ??? :(

@khush, some of my friend did get letters job responsibilities and salary from the indian companies those were IT companies... u draft the letter for them in word and send it to the HR saying u need it in such a format.. if u just drop them email saying i need experience letter they will give in their format..

u could mention to your current company that u need a letter for a part-time course (MBA etc) or some distance learning that you are planning to do .
the uni needs the letter to access ur experience.

I agree that many companies do not mention salary details in experience letter. In my case, I attached the tax forms and salary stub and wrote a cover letter stating the reason on why salary is not mentioned in my experience letter. I also attached an email correspondent wherein my employer stated that the same. I would suggest you to write an email to your HR as ask them to mention the salary and in case they deny, attach that email as proof.

I am surprised why your current employer is not issuing you the letter. Ideally, they should, however, you can tell them that you are planning to immigrate and need this. No reason for them to deny!!!

Hi guys, I need your help!

I got my ITA last Friday scoring 469 points. Considering that I got an ITA with some concerns below. However, I need urgent advice on the following:

1. I declared my work experience from 2009 to 2012 under NOC 1111 with 2 different employers. However, my work for 2013 to present does not totally matched to NOC 1111 (Financial Auditors and Accountants). I know this may be a silly question but being in this kind of situation, I just want to make sure that I'll go through this process smoothly, What will be the effect upon submission of all documents?

I wondered if CIC may ask what have I done for years 2013 to 2015. However, logically, I just declared my work experience that matches my NOC.

2 Is a work reference letter from the immediate superior (with all the company headings, etc.) sufficient enough? My declared work experiences were way back 3-5 years ago, so the payslip is not relevant anymore.

Hoping for your helpful tips.
