Work Experience in Two Different Fields

Hello Everyone,

I want to make my Express Entry profile. I have work experience in two different fields. One is technical and related to my education which is just for one year. The second one is related to a managerial post (for which I don't have any formal education) but it is for 3 years.

I am just wondering which work experience should I count for EE profile.
