After receiving ITA and filling the e-apr profile, I found that I won't be able to get my wife's work experience that I have posted in the EE profile before receiving ITA. Her work experience is not in Canada and didn't give me any additional points ( I am the main applicant). Can I delete it from the work history before submitting the application and paying the fees, or should I attach any documents. Also, after I submit the e-apr will they ask for her work experience although they stated that they don't need documents for work experience outside canada.
Thank you

I would recommend for minimum changes in the profile as VO is well aware of this common scenario. However, it will ask for experience letter for your wife. You can attach whatever you have along with LOE (in single PDF) to demonstrate that you didn't claim any point for that and these supporting documents are for reference purposes.

I have done that and already got PR.

Best of Luck.

Thank you very much.
So your opinion is to leave it the way it is and upload any supporting document even if it doesn't match what they want. And this is better than removing it from work experience and placing it under personal history.

Yes, the CIC requirement of employment letter is just for the PA or the work experience against which you have claimed points.

You can go to Proof of work experience and confirm the info.

Rest are supporting docs.

I removed my wife's experience post-ITA for the exact same reasons, and I have received my PPR. If you aren't getting points for it, there is no harm in removing this information. You can move it from Work Experience to Personal History and it will be fine.

It appears that Riz did the opposite, and it worked out for him/her as well, so you have two viable options. Which one you pick is up to you.

Did you write a LOE, if yes please tell me what did you say.
Thank you very much

No, no LOE. I just removed the experience and left the work ex. section blank. I moved the info into the personal history section.

Do you think removing main applicant's work experience from work history to personal history, which I am not claiming points is still ok? It is above 3 years work experience and the company is out of business. Thanks a lot.

It is fine !
But make a note that you will not be able to score maximum experience points in your selection criteria score of 67.

If you're absolutely certain you're not getting points, yes. If you are getting points, then no, you have to prove the experience.

Thanks a lot, again. I was accepted in CEC, however I did apply in FSW,so I showed the last 10 years work experience. But because they accepted me in CEC, experience which is over 3 :-) years is useless. I have to change my main NOC also, for the same reason. I just don't want to many thing in LOE.
Thank you so much.
