I’ve recently been working full time hours at a place for about 7 months now, i’m part time in the sense that i have the full time hours but i don’t get the benefits, does this qualify as full time work experience for express entry?

That means you are working on a contract. yes, this is considered full-time job

depends on the season, during winter time it’s a little over 30, but from spring to fall, it’s like 40+

30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full-time (1,560 hours) equal amount in part-time work: for example 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours) You can work as many part-time jobs as you need to meet this requirement.

As long as your employment letter indicates the hours per week, which it is expected to anyway, the wording of “full-time/part-time” does not matter.
