Hi guys,

I am so overwhelmed with crazy amount information about EE. I read so much, but could not find an answer on few questions.

As I read earlier, to prove work experience I have to be on WP/PGWP visa, but if I started work right after graduation in May, and applied for PGWP in July, I would count the experience from July? Even if I got visa in November? I don't know why there was a huge delay with a visa at that time.

I was wondering how could I prove that experience if I will get ITA. I worked in that company for about 6 months. Unfortunately, the company was pretty toxic, and I even got bullied by company when I gave them my 2 weeks notice. So I won't be able to write them a letter, or call them to ask about the letter of experience. It still gives me a chills to remember what I went through. However, I understand if I will count my experience from July to October, the total will be only 4 months, but I don't want to give up on that 4 months. I did a lot, and I would love to claim my hard work as an experience.

I got my letter of employment from that place and it indicates almost everything, except my main duties. I also have a T4 forms, but did not save any of my stubs. Do you think the record of employment will be good enough as a prove of work experience?

I would appreciate any information about it.

Thank you all, so much! Such a helpful forum, and great people around here!

you said that you applied for PGWP in july but you graduated in May ?

It may be illegal to do so, you're allowed to work full time after you'd submited your application for the PGWP, at least that was the rule during my time, prehaps things have changed, would have to wait for other users to give you more accurate information.

your main duties are important, as it's being used to match your experience to the NOC code selected during your profile, is there a collague, or any other ppl whom are more open to helping you ?

I had a really rough time getting my reference letter, took me 3 months in total, worst experienc ever. I got my manager to helped me with the documents, because my boss did not give a single shit about me. If you can get someone, to help you reach out to management that may work too...

best of luck
