Could anyone resolve an issue relating to employment.
I have been working with a Group from more than an year. But was transferred within the group as the group had lot of companies.
Say, I have been working Company A for 8 months and then was transferred to Company B under the same Group X where I worked for 6 Months. Altogether I have worked for more than an Year in the same group with same duties and responsibilities and that experience was at a stretch with no gap of not even a day. I have all the necessary papers to prove this.
But will I face in any kind of trouble in this ?
Secondly my query is that will self-declared affidavit or affidavit by my ex-colleague for the fact that I had worked under the same group for more than 1 year will do ?
