Work Experience- Express Entry

I have a total of 3+ years of work experience with 2 employers, 1.8 years with my previous employer and 1.4 years and counting with my current employer, there was a gap of 22 days between these two jobs, Both jobs falls under '0' Skill type but belongs to different NOCs.

Now I would like to know the below,

1. Will the 22 days gap affect my application? I read somewhere that there should be no gap.

2. In such case, will by total experience be counted as 3 years? or it will be count as only 1 +1 years (as the requirement says minimum 12 months in a role, but since it is less than 24 months will it be considered as 1 year only for 1 employment making it total 2 years of experience only?)

3. In my current employment, I am currently serving my notice period and I do not have any new job offer in my hand, my last working day is Oct 21st. After which I am planning to take a 1-2 months gap for preparation of the EE application, and post the 1-2 months period will join a new job in the same NOC. Will such gaps between 2 employment affect the EE application?

1. No

2. In Primary Noc ,you need atleast 1 year continuous.Remaining can be from other noc and can have gaps .Count from date to date ,to calculate you work experience.
Not months.

3. Unemployment has nothing to do with your application.
Just make sure you have 3 years work ex .
