Hi, I came to Canada 9 months before in a b Catogary lmia. My im a fence installer.., its calling for pr in catogary base every 3 months in express entry, am I eligible to apply category based pr after 6 months experience or 1 year

You need to be eligible for FSW first if you don’t have a year of Canadian experience. If you have a year of Canadian experience, ECA, IELTS then submit a profile for EE through CEC. Your LMIA NOC matches fence installer in your application.
