Work Experience Complicated

Hi All,

This is my first post & hoping to hear from experienced folks...

After doing my MBA in 2006 I worked for my father's company (Big setup), I was doing marketing & research before company decided to open up a office in Malaysia, I came down malaysia and setup company + office + staff in 2010 since then I am working in malaysia office.

I have 459 points in EE but at experience I am finding it difficult to prove, becoz of following reasons

1-> In Malaysia I am under long term Social Visit Pass (Employment prohibited), If I show this job then the first question may rise my visa status - Do they really ask for this ?
2-> If I show India , then the question is I have never been there for many years.

Please guide me how to justify my work experience and which NOC should I select as per my qualification MBA..

As for work experience you would have to gather as much evidence as possible for your own business.. registration? tax documents? bank statements reflecting business transactions?

when you provide address history .. you are asked your status in that country.. so your status in malaysia you will have to mention... don't lie. now I dont know if it would create problem for you... it is better you get opinion from a lawyer ... my two cents... wait for seniors on forum to respond like legalfalcon

Yes for malaysia I have all documents like Business Registration Documents showing my 40% ownership, Bank Statements etc, But as per my visa pass I can't be employed therefore I don't withdraw salary to deposit my personal account therefore No tax personal document.

waiting senior advise or anyone with some how similar situation and managed to get aways with this ...

I think you should declare your job in india while documents evidance that you will posted in malaysia
You may show other way like working remotely (in malaysia) for an indian company ...
Its always safer to seek for lawyers advise...
