Work experience between getting work permit processed and applying for it online.

I have applied for my work permit online in Canada after my canadian education and now I am doing my full time B level job.So,will this experience contribute towards express entry work requirement while I am waiting for my PGWP?

Yes. Since you have applied for your PGWP, you are working legally (on implied status), and you can use this experience.
