well work experience is not necessary but if u dont have work experience from outside canada it puts u behind in points in express entry system.
use this calculator to estimate ur points for PR if they come out below 450 well then PR is difficult for u under express entry

No, it is not necessary to have work experience from back home unless if you apply FSW.

CEC does not require ur home country working experience. I suggest that making more canadian working experience is the most important...

Even you may have some working exeperience in back home, it is hard to prove ur working experience properly. I also experienced that

Of course, it depends on countries and companies where they are willing to provice the reference letter properly.

I think, many countries and many companies are not able to offer a reference letter proplerly due to different policy, different language, and different culture.

However, canadian employers are willing to offer record of employment, reference letter and tax record which are very clear when you apply...

just to put this in perspective if u have 465 points with 2 years experience in canada u will have 490 point for the same profile if u have 1 year experience outside canada and 1 year experience in canada. so ur chances are better if u have experience outside of canada. if u cant prove or do not have experience u cannot do anything about it right so if u r a new student planning to study in canada and apply for PR later u should consider getting some experience in ur home country with proof ofcourse. Its not mandatory but will increase ur chances of PR. And again this is just my opinion as I am facing problems with the new express entry system

As I said that it depends on countries and companies... I worked in back home for 2 years, but they cant give a referene letter. You see that 2 years is the waste time. If I came to Canada 2 years earlier, it would be much better to have 2 years canadian working experience instead.

well I will disagree do u know u can get a letter from ur boss or coworker if ur HR is not willing to provide a letter. if someone has left on good terms it is possible to get a letter from ur supervisor. and coupled with pay stubs etc can prove experience. u can even write a letter saying ur employer is not willing to provide such a letter. u can also couple ur appointment letter with pay stub. there r various ways . and if someones new graduate can plan ahead with knowing what he needs from the employer it could be done. in ur case it may be too late but not for other people who r still planning. ur valuable experience is not a waste.

i dont believe 3 months is counted as it is in years but i wouldnt know answer to specific questions. u should ask these questions in express entry section of the orum to get better answers

I already asked to HR and employer. They said that they cant give a reference letter due to company policy which does not allow.
My tax record does not enough to show the whole working experience.

So, my opinion is that canadian working experience is much clear and easy to follow the immigration policy. Forign working experience is a just paper to express their skils...

If people come from similar system and same language, it is good idea to have some working experience in back home. Otherwise, it is better to come to Canada as soon as possible and learn the whole things.

thanks guys.

again i wouldnt know as i am not applying for PNP and my guess PNP r changing and not so easy. there r quotas etc for PNP. u should first read about the PNP program see where u fit and then ask question in express entry section of the forum.
