Work exp 1421 NOC B ! Need specific education ?

I was employed by a company for 6 months for the post of administrative
assistant NOC 1421.
In website it shows I need to have similar education .
I am BSC IT graduate , so will this work count under my work experience ? Is there any specific compulsory education requirements behind this job ?
