Hi, If someone could please guide me on the below query.

I am in Canada since 3rd March 2020 on a Work Permit (ICT). On completion of 1 year, the 25 additional points for Canadian Work Ex should get me an FSW invite as my total score will become 470+. I wanted to know whether for completion of PR, out of the approximately 2 years of the 5 years that I have to stay in Canada, will this time from 3rd March 2020 also get counted into those 2 years calculation? Or do I have to complete 2 years from the day I actually start after completing the FSW formalities.

Thanks in advance.

The 2 out of 5 years applies after you become a PR. You must live in Canada for 2 out of every 5 rolling years to keep PR. The 5 years starts from the time you land and officially become a PR (after all of the application processing has been completed and you are approved). So no, the time from March 3, 2020 will not count towards the 2 years since you aren't a PR yet.

Alright, thanks for the Clarification! Appreciate a lot.
