Hiii,
Currently, I am holding Canadian open work permit and my wife is also living with me as I sponsor her as a dependent. Right now, with my IELTS score my pint is 422 and if I don`t accompanying my wife than its 442.

So, is there any way I can put my file without accompanying her and later on I can sponsor her?

Please, help me with this!

Sure, but what would be your explanation as to why she's living in Canada but not accompanying?

Thank you so much for your reply.

Can we give reason that without it my point is getting higher so right now i do not want to accompanying her.

And can I sponsor her later when I will get PR?

once again thank you so much for your reply.

You can do that, but then only you will become PR and she will have to leave Canada. You will then have to sponsor her as a spouse of PR under family categories.

When she has to leave Canada?

Because she has permit till December 2019.

That's fine.

But isn't her work permit linked to yours? Once you get PR the work permit is annulled.

Thanks,

She has her own work permit, Sir.

I applied for dependent open work permit for her.

And one more question Sir, the reason for spouse not accompanying is good or not? if I say that without it my point is getting higher so right now i do not want to accompanying her, if they ask.

If she got the work permit because she is your dependent then the work permits are linked.

I really can't say about the reason being valid or not.

They are linked but not co-dependent. Her work permit will remain valid until it's expiry date.
