Withdrew my account to create again but it's not updating

I didn't received pnp though my score was 430... Hence I withdrew my account to create a new profile
.
But even after 3 hours it is still not updated my account is still visible...

Do I need to create a new gc key to get EE account????

No

It takes atleast 24 hours for the profile to be active.
