withdrawing my application INLAND without any AOR yet?

Hi guys. I want to withdraw my application that was submitted last December 10 and I want to withdraw it and just send another application throught outland. However, I have few questions first.

1. After I send an email to CIC in Case specific inquiry, can I send the whole application as soon as possible?

I don't know if this is true or not so you should phone the CIC helpline and ask, but I was told they need an original signature from the sponsor in order to cancel the application.

oh yah. I guess so, but I don't have AOR yet. and I don't know yet the process on how I can cancel the application.

Do you have a UCI from any previous permit or visa? That's good enough.
