Withdrawing application after eAPR

Guys I made a big mistake and I want to withdraw my application and start a new application?

1. My review status hasn't changed. Will I get a refund?

2. How soon can I get a new profile up and get back into the pool? My score hovers around 500+ so I am sure I will get the ITA again.
