IRCC withdrew my study permit on January 16th as my university did not verify my LOA. I have since been refunded the original application cost. However, my university have stated they never received a request to verify my LOA and have “contacted IRCC”. Are they likely to be able to have my application reopened even after I’ve been refunded; meaning I won’t be subject to the new attestation letter policy, or is this not possible now that I’ve been refunded and the application has been closed?
