If i get VISA for 1st university in August..Then how can I change my university ?
For going to the next university I need to apply for VISA again....

Can u give ur comment for this?

Hi,
getting visa is much more difficult rather then changing university. If you have been requested for medical check, most probably your visa application will be approved. If you are not sure that you will get your visa by 1st August, deffer your studies, get your visa, change your University. It is allowed by CIC, you need only let them know. No need to apply for visa for second time. Especially, when there is no guarantee that you will ve approved.
Hope this was helpful.

If you have LOA of other uni then u only need to notify CIC that you are changing your uni from abc to xyz.

First of all, I believe there is still enough time for visa to be stamped. Yet, I'm not good expert on this, but I believe, changing DLI while the application is under review, may rose some suspicions in CIC officer, thus causing negative decision. Of course, this is my personal opinion only. Perhaps there is someone in the forum, who has changed his university while the application was in progress, and got his visa approved.

Filing Visa in July isnt late ..right?

Could you please advise why your medical check will take 6 weeks. Dr.Raj91 says that Apollo Hospitals provide results on the same day. Is it not the case with you? If you application is paper based, then you will need some time for delivery of your passport to VAC. This might be the issue.

I have a good experience when we applied for my friend for TRV online to visit an exhibition. He got approval e-mail from CIC, however by the time when he submitted his passport for stamping visa, the exhibition was over, yet got the visa stamped on his passport.

So I think you shouldn't lose hope.

Sorry, I misunderstood you. :)

OMg... I guess.. I am late nw ...I am checking this forum after a month.. many ppl said me may thing.. so I decided to withdraw my VISA and did so. The reason being was : I was worried abt medical issue and din want ant rejection stamped on my passport.Nw i feel I was a fool..
I should not have done that.
Because today I received my report and it says everything is normal. so I am planning to reapply the VISA in a week with other university.
What u guys say?

I think it was a terrible decision.
My wife applied for a student visa with a post graduate diploma course and while they were still processing our application, she received another offer from a university with masters degree course. We sent CIC an updated letter requesting them to reconsider our DLI and wrote an SOP along with that too. We clearly mentioned in the SOP why the current course was much better in context to the previous one. One thing worth mentioning, it's imperative that your new course is in the same field. If you previously applied to be a pilot and now wanna change your course to that of a Marine Biologist, it might be a bit much. We received our approval just yesterday from CIC.

Yes, but you are still going to have to pass the medical plus the furtherance of it.
