I have submitted an application for a visitor visa through my country of citizenship. The processing time is more than 140 days. However, I have moved to another nearby country now and the processing time there is 60 days. The distance between both countries is one hour drive. Can I now make a new application through my current country of residence or should I withdraw my first application first?
