Withdraw application after CSQ

Hi,
I filed my sponsorship for my wife last year but our relationship is going shaky now. I live in Quebec, I would like to know is it possible to withdraw the application after approved by federal? (CSQ is not granted yet)
To allow more room to check our relationship, I also would like to know if I can still withdraw the application after CSQ is granted.

1. You can withdraw the application any time before the person is "landed"
