With my approved PR, can I make a stopover in the United States to get to Canada?

I'm from Peru and want to know if with my approved PR, I can make a stopover in the United States to get to Canada, or do I need to obtain a transit visa for the United States?Thank you for your support.

Are you transiting and remaining in the international terminal? Do you want to leave the airport? Do you have a visa to enter the US already?

Yes, I will stay in the airport. My PR is from Canada and has been approved.

Do you want to leave the airport? No

Do you have a visa to enter the US already? No. I just have my PR Visa for Canada.

Typically no but I would verify with the airline and/or US immigration. Just saw you are going through Puerto Rico got done reason. You need to ask the US this is not a Canadian issue.
