I was deployed as a subcontractor by my company at client place(I was subcontractor for client and contractor for my company) . My company is ready to give ref. letter with mentioning everything except i "fulltime, permanent employee"(As i was contractor on their payroll). Will this work? CIC accepts ref. letter from company where one was working as a contractor? I am FSW outland candidate.

If they are not willing to add fulltime permanent employee, ask them to put the number of hours you were required to work per week instead. CIC calculates fulltime work based on the number of hours, 1560 hours per year constitutes full time work. You should be okay.

Yes they are mentioning weekly hours and that will take care of "fulltime" employment..but what about "permanent" employment?

That point you will have to take a chance. May be the VO would overlook that clause as long as you satisfy the full time criteria for the points you claimed on your employment.

Reference letters need to have the 'permanent' word only if you are claiming points for a LMIA supported job. Regular work reference letters need not have that wording.
